1. Service Description

Get My Radio Code provides an online radio code recovery service. By entering your serial number and completing payment, we retrieve the unique unlock code for your car radio unit from our database.

2. Eligibility

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or radio unit, or have the authorisation of the owner, to use this service. Find My Radio Code is not responsible for any misuse of codes provided.

3. Payment

All prices are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your radio code will be delivered instantly or within the stated decode time for manual lookups.

4. Refund Policy

If we are unable to retrieve a valid code for your serial number, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not provided where the code has been successfully delivered and verified. If you believe there is an error with your code, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Get My Radio Code is not liable for any damage to your radio unit resulting from incorrect code entry. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's instructions for code entry. If a radio locks permanently after multiple incorrect attempts, this is not covered under our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including design, text, and branding, is the property of Get My Radio Code. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
